Hungry Little School Kids

We are well into the New year and school has started back for some its all new, as they start school for the first time. For those Little ones starting Kindy or Prep this year it can be a mixture of excitement, anxiety and full exhaustion.
The hours and days are longer, they no longer have their parent around all the time and they are leaning massive amount of new information. All this takes up a lot of energy, and so it's even more important, that they eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast option
