Shipping in Australia
Delivery Terms
In most cases, your order will be picked, packed and posted on Mondays and Thursdays of each week, unless there is a public holiday. Deadline to have order shipped on Monday is 5pm on Sunday and deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 8pm.
Delivery will depend on your location, however, as a guide:
NSW, VIC & QLD 1-3 working days
SA 5-7 working days
NT & WA 10- 14 working days
Freight Costs
It's free on all orders in Australia over $45 or order under $45 a freight charge of $8.95 applies. This applies to standard shipping only. All order will be shipped with Australia post through the EParcel system.
You have the option of doing an authority to leave however we are not responsible for packages lost after the shipment has been made.
We offer Australia post express shipping at extra cost of $5-$12, when in the cart there is a drop down menu to choose your shipping option, by choosing express shipping it will be shipped with Australia post express service and the additional cost will be added to the total. You also have the option for authority to leave but we are not responsible for parcel that go missing after they have been left.
Due to current restriction and no international flights, We are currently not shipping oversea expect NZ.
Express post is still the fastest but not as fast as it was before COVID. We cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered faster with express post as boarders close in states around Australia quickly and without notice, this disrupts shipping especially to states like WA.

International order is sent via Australia post or best way possible, there is no option for authority to leave and tracking code will be provided but will only show when it has left Australia.
